Low oil yield or no oil

1. The press bar is too tight or the oil gap is blocked:

Troubleshooting method: Check the assembly of the press bar, adjust the tightness of the press bar according to the oil content of the oil; remove the oil residue in the oil gap of the press bar.

2. Oil problem

Troubleshooting method: Check whether the moisture content of the oil is appropriate, re-select the oil; avoid using oil that is damp and moldy, and the grains are not full.

3. Wear of oil press parts

Troubleshooting method: Check whether the parts such as the screw, press bar, and cake ring are worn, and replace the worn parts in time.

4. Low temperature of the press chamber

Troubleshooting method: At the beginning of the press, pay attention to preheating the press chamber and increase the temperature of the press chamber.

The screw shaft is stuck or stopped

1. A large amount of material is added after the material is interrupted during the pressing process

Troubleshooting method: Keep the material feeding continuous and uniform to avoid a large amount of material after the material is interrupted in the pressing chamber; once a blockage occurs, the power should be turned off immediately, the feeding should be stopped, and the oil in the chamber should be cleared.

2. The oil is not cleaned and debris enters the pressing chamber

Troubleshooting method: Stop the machine to remove the debris in the pressing chamber and re-clean the oil.

3. The speed of the screw shaft is unreasonable

Troubleshooting method: Adjust the speed of the screw and control it at a suitable speed.

Too much slag

1. The moisture content of the oil is not suitable

Troubleshooting method: Readjust the moisture content of the oil to avoid the oil being too dry or too wet.

2. The screw is worn out

Troubleshooting method: Replace the screw ring with severe wear.

Cage crack

1. When the screen slag screw press is turned on, too much material is suddenly fed

Troubleshooting method: Feed slowly, and increase the feed amount after the material is flowing smoothly and the cake is discharged.

2. Metal objects or stones and other hard impurities enter the press chamber

Troubleshooting method: Clean the oil to prevent impurities from entering the press chamber.

Other common faults

1. The gearbox makes a loud noise

Troubleshooting method: Check whether the gear and bearing of the gearbox are seriously worn, and replace the damaged gear or bearing in time.

2. The material embryo enters the gear oil tank and contaminates the lubricating oil

Troubleshooting method: Check the sealing of the gear oil tank to prevent the material embryo from entering; add a gasket at the contact point between the feed end and the large gear to prevent movement.

3. The oil cake is soft and undercooked, and the oil is thin and foamy:

Troubleshooting method: Check the firepower of the wok and the frying time to ensure that the oil is fried; adjust the temperature of the press to reduce the moisture content.
